Prerequisites

• Before you begin, make sure you have:
• An Arena account with a registered site.
• Completed the Polls installation process on your website. (See Polls Installation Guide)
• Access to your website’s HTML code or CMS admin where the widget will appear.

When to use this method

• You want to monetize your Polls widget with Ads.
• Your site already has Polls installed and working.
• You want to control where Ads are displayed inside the widget.

Steps

1. Access Arena's Dashboard

Navigate to Widgets > Polls > Installation > Get Code in your Arena account. Make sure to Add the main script to the website.

2. Add the Polls div with Ads enabled

To enable Ads, you must insert the correct parameters inside your Poll widget div. The available parameters are:

data-ads-[side]=true → Displays ads on a specific side of the Poll

data-ads-top → Displays ads at the top of the Poll.

data-ads-bottom → Displays ads at the bottom of the Poll.

data-ads-left → Displays ads at the left of the Poll.

data-ads-right → Displays ads at the right of the Poll.

Update the page on your website and verify that the Ads are appearing in the correct position along with the Polls.
